I work at the intersection of biometeorology, hydrology, and reproducible environmental data. My research connects long-term climate records with practical tools for understanding and managing agricultural landscapes.

Research interest
My research and interests in the past were related to Biometeorology and Climate Change where I created a 3-D phase space model based on 120-year meteorological measurements, which allowed to develop an algorithm for reconstructing the biometeorological conditions for places without measurements history. Then I was involved in the H2020 WATERAGRI project, where I was responsible for creating ISSH model in HydroGeoSphere for an agricultural catchment with a data assimilation framework.
I am currently working on sustainable nitrogen fertilization for agricultural crops as a part of SUNIMO project and the creation of a European database for Agricultural management using AI (FARMWISE - HORIZON EUROPE).
I am also a developer of R package Climate, which allows users to obtain in-situ meteorological and hydrological data from publicly available repositories.
